Thank you for your interest in our club's agility classes. Obedience is very important to being a good agility dog. You could start agility on leash but need the off leash control to go beyond the basics since there are other dogs present in the class. Your dog needs to stay focused on you and not run over and interfere or try to "play" with the other dogs. If you think your dog is to that point in obedience training, you could come out and watch a class to assess your readiness.

Introduction to Agility (in addition to member training): this class is for dogs & older puppies that have been through an agility or obedience/manners I foundation course. Dogs are added on an ongoing basis. $90/6 weeks after which approved students can be recommended to join the club. Contact Debbie Moore for more details.
